Working with a carefully selected collection of succulents and planting materials, you’ll design a low-maintenance arrangement full of texture, shape and year-round interest. Working in our garden and greenhouse spaces, you'll explore the seasonal jobs that keep gardens healthy, productive and flourishing throughout summer. From watering, feeding and mulching to pruning, deadheading and supporting plants, you'll learn practical techniques that can be applied straight away at home.
The course will also cover common summer pests and diseases, sustainable gardening methods and advice for getting the most from vegetable gardens, containers and greenhouse growing during the warmer months.

Beginning with a gentle walk through our garden, you'll hand-pick seasonal flowers before returning to our greenhouse to explore sketching techniques, observation and composition.
